Sean is a Commercial Real Estate Associate at Oakbrook Corporation, where he works alongside a team of experienced brokers on office, retail, land and industrial assignments across the Madison region, supporting and executing transactions on both the sale and lease side. His day-to-day work spans market research, property analysis, client outreach, and deal support, giving him broad exposure to how transactions are sourced, structured, and executed in one of Wisconsin’s most active commercial markets.

Before joining Oakbrook, Sean built practical real estate experience managing a portfolio of short-term rental properties, where he learned to underwrite deals, oversee operations, and apply technology to improve performance. That hands-on background informs the way he approaches brokerage: with attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and a focus on getting things done.

While studying at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he earned a degree in Economics, Sean worked full time as a summer intern at Oakbrook, gaining firsthand experience across leasing, investment sales, and client advisory work. The internship confirmed his passion for commercial real estate and provided the foundation for his transition into brokerage. Sean is early in his brokerage career and focused on building expertise from the ground up alongside some of the best in the Madison market.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, hockey, and all things outdoors.
