$11.55M Sun Prairie Industrial Sale Earns CoStar Recognition
Oakbrook’s sale of 150 Business Park Drive in Sun Prairie has been recognized as a Q2 2026 CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deal in the Milwaukee/Madison market.
The industrial property sold for $11.551 million, with Oakbrook’s Chris Caulum, SIOR, and Bryant Meyer representing the seller.
The transaction provided RenewAire with additional manufacturing capacity while helping the seller achieve its objectives for the property.
The sale was among the significant industrial transactions recognized by CoStar during the second quarter and reflects continued demand for well-located industrial properties in the Madison area.
